Consultation Structure
We offer a 60-minute consultation, in person or by videoconference, for a flat fee with one of our criminal defence lawyers.
Please note:
Daniel Brown Law does not accept legal aid cases at this time. Our services are provided on a private retainer basis.
Transparent Billing
We recognize that the cost of litigation and legal services can be significant and unexpected. We always do our best to minimize the cost of your case without compromising the quality of our representation. We will explain our fee structure during your consultation so you can make an informed decision about working with us.
We also offer individualized payment plans for those who are not able to pay a full retainer deposit up front.

Street parking is available on Richmond Street just west of Church Street, on the north side.
