Trevin David – Partner
Trevin David obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and began working as an associate with Daniel Brown Law following his call to the Bar of Ontario. Trevin became a Partner at Daniel Brown Law in 2017.
During his time at law school, Trevin was an active participant in the mooting program, winning the Lerner’s Cup Moot and as a member of Osgoode Hall’s Wilson Cup Moot team, finishing second overall and winning the prize for top factum in the competition. While at Osgoode, Trevin also volunteered as a caseworker at Parkdale Community Legal Services, a student-run legal clinic, where he worked in the area of Immigration and Refugee Law.
After his legal studies, Trevin followed his interest in criminal law by articling with the prestigious criminal defence firm of Greenspan Partners under the supervision of respected criminal lawyer, Edward L. Greenspan, Q.C. While at Greenspan Partners, Trevin had the opportunity to work on a variety of high profile and complex cases, spanning all areas of criminal and quasi-criminal law.
Since his call to the bar, Trevin has gained significant experience conducting bails and trials in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
Trevin David is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Criminal Lawyer’s Association.
